Dusadee has practiced yoga since 2009, an approachable teacher with 7 years experience teaching, passionate about her Yoga, Qi Gong and Tai Chi empowering her students to build confidence, focus and inner strength to create the flow that links to positivity connecting body, mind and spirit.

Embark on a transformative 7-day Yoga and Qigong Retreat on Thailand's spiritual haven, Koh Phangan. This retreat offers a harmonious blend of physical practice, mindfulness, and cultural immersion, designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.

For the duration of your stay you will have daily classes and trips around the island, herbal steam sauna, cold plunge, swimming pool, 3 amazing Vegan buffet meals daily cooked by their amazing chef and herbal teas.
You will be collected from the ferry port in Koh Phangan on Saturday 25th July before the start of the retreat and taken to the amazing jungle healing centre. Below is the experience schedule.

7:00 AM - Vipassana Meditation
7:45 AM – Qigong Class (45 minutes): Energise your morning with a revitalising Qigong session focusing on harmonising energy flow.
9:00 AM – Light Vegan Breakfast: Enjoy a nutritious breakfast to fuel your day.
10:30 AM – Pranayama, and Yoga Flow (75 minutes): Deepen your practice with guided meditation, breath-work, and a dynamic yoga flow.
11:15 Lunch and Free Time: Relish a wholesome lunch followed by personal time to explore the island or relax within the centre.

Mon: Yang to Yin Yoga – Transition from dynamic movements to deep stretches.
Tue: Island Exploration: Take time to discover the natural beauty and cultural richness of Koh Phangan.
Wed: Yoga Flow to Restore – A balanced practice focusing on rejuvenation.
Thu: Vinyasa Flow – deep practice, guided meditation and breath work
Fri: Meditation and gentle Qi Gong practice
