Yes — there’s a weekly online Qi Gong class every Tuesday at 8am, online yoga and private classes as well as in-person North London timetable.

Dusadee’s weekly classes welcome a range of experience levels. If you’re new to yoga, or new to Vinyasa, Qi Gong or Sound Healing specifically, just mention this when you get in touch so Dusadee can recommend the class that suits you best.

Qi Gong is a gentle, meditative practice using slow, flowing movement, breathwork and focused intention to cultivate and balance energy. Sound Healing (Sound Bath) sessions use instruments such as singing bowls and gongs to guide the body and mind into deep relaxation. Both are part of the regular weekly schedule and are also woven into the Koh Phangan retreat.

Yes, alongside the regular timetable. For example, the Arm Balance Workshop is a themed 120-minute deep dive into Crow Pose, Tripod Headstand and Forearm Balance, combining alignment coaching with the philosophy behind the poses. Yes. Dusadee hosts a 7-day Yoga and Qi Gong retreat at a jungle healing centre in Koh Phangan, Thailand, combining daily yoga, Qi Gong, Pranayama and sound healing with vegan meals, a swimming pool, herbal steam sauna, cold plunge and island excursions. The next retreat runs 7-14 November 2026.

Standard prices are £1,100 for a dorm room, £1,323 per person sharing, and £1,656 for a private single room. An early-bird discount (book by 31 August) brings these down to £990, £1,190 and £1,490 respectively. Prices include classes, seven nights’ accommodation, all meals, use of the healing centre facilities and ferry transfers; travel to and from Thailand and travel insurance are arranged separately.
